This is not a syndicate exercise but one for a whole group of up to 12. The objective is to give delegates the opportunity to practise their teamworking skills, especially LISTENING and DEBATING and their analytical and decision making skills - in conditions of pressure.

We recommend that in the debrief you use Experiential Teamwork Profiling to help people discuss how they project and how others see them. People learn a lot about themselves and their colleagues!
