We recommend that in the debrief you use Experiential Teamwork Profiling to help people discuss how they project and how others see them. People learn a lot about themselves and their colleagues!

- £250 - circa 90 minutes

  • copies of the Experiential Profiling Reference Cards AND copies of a Little Book of Epigrams.

  • a tailor-made tutor's brief with full instructions and information sheets to hand out

  • tailor-made team briefs, copies of "Share, Care, Communicate" and the laminated "Teamwork Behaviour Checklist"; 2 copies of "Leadership at WORK"

The Task is tutor cntrolled with tutor presenting the team with the initial scenario and then passing them additional information until they either solve the problem - OR NOT!
