The aim for this task is to maximise PROFIT. Each team is issued with a box of Lego pieces and 3 Profit Graphs illustrating how much money they would earn depending on how many bricks they use, the height of their tower and the time they take to build it.

Tailor Made Briefs for defined target groups
We have simpler or more complicated versions - mainly around the forecasting, depending on the level of challenge required and the numbers in each team and the numbers of teams - this task really brings out the competitive instincts of participants!
Teamwork and/or Leadership Challenges
Planning for PROFIT; challenging the ASSUMPTIONS teams WILL be making; contingency planning; involving all team members and allocating roles, motivation, camaraderie.
