A coded message is broken into 6 parts with 2 copies of each; all 12 pieces are placed inside inflated balloons which are hidden by tutors wherever venue dictates - in example illustrated, 6 are tied to buoys on the lake and 6 on land for delegates who don't like water. Competing teams are allocated different coloured balloons.
"When the 'what's the point?' moments hit, ask yourself ..........
..........'what IS the point?' Why ARE you doing what you're doing? !"
Part 2 is the team travelling to a target (eg a "submarine" by canoe!) where they burst balloons to decode the message. Measurement is time to destination and to decode message less penalties
The "escape vehicles" could be anything - bicycles, walking, 6 balloons on top of a hill for fitter team members, etc, with the final escape through an obstacle course - whatever. Our prices include us liaising with clients to modify / adapt briefs to ensure the required level of challenge at the chosen venue.
12 colour coded uninflated balloons for each team - recommended maximum of 6 teams - each baloon already with a rolled up section of the coded message inside it, ready for inflation and placement
12 lengths of cut string per team for tying to and placing balloons once inflated and spare balloons and string per team and spare copies of the coded message
a tutor's brief with full instructions and explanations, including correct decoded message and key to the code (for selling to teams if necessary)
Master Copy of team brief; 12 copies of "Share, Care, Communicate" and the laminated "Teamwork Behaviour Checklist"; 2 copies of "Leadership at WORK"
