On arrival, after very brief introductions, delegates are split into 2, 3 or more teams, depending on numbers, given instructions for an exploratory walk of the venue which includes a rendez-vous with the other team(s) who they have to “interview” to exchange personal information.

We have dozens of different formats for this task, because every group is different. Delegates might, for example, be given an individual brief on arrival, with their first task being to find other members of their team.
Or teams will be required to find specific locations and prove they have been their by taking a photograph.
An ideal Task for clients whose Learning Objectives include kick-starting new / reorganised / merged teams etc, or where you want different teams at a Conference to develop relationships
On their return, each individual is then allocated one member of another team to talk about, using this information, in two (ideally amusing) minutes!
